Storage warehouses are in operation since 2018 and offer several advantages to satisfy our customers logistics requirements, in terms of localisation, space organisation, access, security and installation quality .

Localisation
Strategically located at proximity of Cotonou port, one of the biggest port in West Africa, warehouses open the way to Benin and more generally to the whole region : along the Coast - Nigeria 30 km, Togo 60 km, Ghana 150 km -, but also to countries without any sea access - Burkina Faso 600 km, Niger 700 km -. Commercial Exchange are vital for the region and Cotonou port is even acting as main transit port for Mali 1 200 km. This dense economic environment offers many opportunities to trade or develop Import / Export activities or others, and requires proper infrastructure, from roads to those storage industrial buildings.

 

Space organisation

Whether considering inside or outside, everything has been planned to ease operation in the warehouses of 1,000 m² and 10,000 m ³ capacity each. Several air extractors are installed on the roof to ensure a continuous air circulation, ensuring optimal conditions for goods preservation and agents work. A lighting system is also installed. On the edge of the warehouses, an asphalt area is reserved for parking of our client trucks.

Acces

Warehouses are easy to reach, only 50 m away from highway, with an asphalt access road for an easy circulation of trucks for the operations of loading / unloading.

 

Security
Located in a calm neighborhood, warehouses are independent, with a guardian house and locking system for the entrance doorways. 

Quality
Those industrial buildings have been built by an experience civil team, from design phase to finishing touch. Warehouse are easy infrastructure to operate and can adapt to various configurations.
